1. Scope of application and service provider
The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to all contracts concluded between a consumer and the hoxeez.com website and having as their object the products and/or services presented by the seller on its online store.
These terms and conditions supersede any conditions imposed by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. In these GCS, the term “customer” refers to both a consumer and a professional.
2. Conclusion of contract
The product descriptions published in the seller's online store represent binding offers on the part of the seller. Acceptance of the sales contract is effected by dispatch of the order. Transmission of the dispatch notification constitutes additional proof of acceptance of the customer's offer.
The customer can place an order and thus accept the seller's offer via the order page in the seller's online store. When placing an order, the customer, after entering the personal information relating to the order and clicking on the button completing the order (“Confirm order”), issues a declaration of binding acceptance of the offer relating to the goods contained in his or her order basket.

The text of the contract is archived by the seller, and a copy is sent to the customer together with these GTC. This transmission takes place when the order is sent in text form. This document is also archived on the seller's website and can be requested free of charge by the customer via his password-protected account. The customer has the possibility of correcting the information entered before placing the order and afterwards in the customer account area. In addition, all the information communicated will be displayed again in a confirmation window just before the final validation of the order, where it can be corrected in the same way.
The contract is concluded in French only.
Order processing and contact are carried out by e-mail via an automated order processing system. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the e-mail address provided is correct, in order to process the order and receive e-mails from the seller. The customer is also responsible for ensuring that, if spam filters are used, all e-mails sent by the seller or by third parties responsible for processing the order can be received.
After viewing the details of your order, you will be able to modify your personal information. In accordance with the provisions of the French Civil Code on the conclusion of online contracts, the contract will only be concluded when you click on the button allowing you to confirm your purchase.
3. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)
Before concluding a contract with us, you must read the T&Cs and accept them by clicking on the appropriate box.
4. Archiving
Contracts concluded on our website (personal data relating to your order and general terms and conditions in force on the day of your order) are archived for a period of 10 years. You can access archived contracts by making a request using the contact form or by e-mail to the following address: contact@hoxeez.com
VAT is included in the prices displayed on our website at the currently applicable legal rate.
Prices quoted on our website are in euros (all taxes included). Any additional charges will be indicated before the contract is concluded.
Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may incur higher transport and customs charges. These additional costs are to be borne exclusively by the customer.
6. Delivery
Deliveries to France and Belgium are free of charge. Delivery time is generally 2 to 3 working days (for products in stock). If the delivery time exceeds this period, the buyer will be informed on the product page concerned.
7. Payment
The following methods of payment are available for purchases made on our website:

- PayPal (1X or 4X free of charge)
- Alma (2X, 3X or 4X free of charge)
Please note that goods will only be delivered once we have received your payment.
8. Reservation of ownership
The transfer of the product will take place after payment of the total price of the order.
9. Transfer of risk
The transfer of risk of deterioration or loss of goods takes place upon receipt of the goods delivered.
10. Right of withdrawal
Are you not satisfied with your product? You have a cooling-off period of 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to cancel it without having to justify your decision.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. letter sent by post or e-mail), by telephone to +33.9.72.93.23.71, or by e-mail to contact@hoxeez.com.
You must return the unused item in its original packaging. We will then credit you for the full amount of the order, including return shipping costs.
We will refund this amount within 14 days of cancellation, provided we have already received the returned item in saleable condition.
In order for the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient for you to send us your notice of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.
11. Legal warranty
The legal warranty applies under the conditions stipulated by law. The rights covered by articles L.211-4, L.211-5, L.211-12 of the French Consumer Code and articles 1641 and 1648 paragraph 1 of the French Civil Code apply. 13. Exchanges and feedback
We offer our customers the opportunity to change their minds and return their orders. You can return your purchase within 15 days of receiving your order. Once our team has received your return, you will have the option of requesting a credit note or a refund.
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. Damaged products are subject to a different return policy, and refunds will be partial or refused.
